27.10.2025 00:16:08 26x read. NEWS Closing of the FIC Core Leadership Workshop Joy and gratitude marked the closing of the FIC Core Leadership workshop 2025 in Maastricht. The two-week FIC Core Leadership Workshop was successfully completed. This achievement was celebrated through the Eucharistic celebration presided over by Father Charles, FMM. About 38 people attended the Holy Mass. The Eucharistic Celebration was very solemn and allowed all present to experience God's presence in our midst.
Father Charles's homily emphasised the importance of self-conversion before going on a mission. The lives of the Brothers should be the first mission we live. Only when the Brothers' lives become an ex At the end of the Eucharistic celebration, Br. Michael Sidharta, on behalf of the Superior General, closed the FIC Core leadership. In his closing address, he emphasised that as religious leaders, we are called and chosen by God to be signs of unity and guides in the quest for God and in our common search for His will. We have gained insight into Jesus’ servant-leadership style of life: the servant-leader is servant first —it begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first—Robert K. Greenleaf. We have been updated on our knowledge in Team Building, effective communication, standard office practices, and Digital Transformation, among others. I do hope you will continue to digest, reflect and develop in your respective provinces what we have discussed and shared in this meeting. We all believe that God continues to guide us in everything we do and wherever we are, since our service to the people and to the Congregation is truly the realisation of our belief that God is Love. The celebration concluded with dinner together with all Brothers participants and Brothers and Associates members in the Netherlands. |
