WORKSHOP ON BUSINESS MANAGEMENT FOR OUR WORKERS

In our apostolate as Brothers, wherever we are, we try to have an open eye to the needs of those that surround us. We are deeply encouraged through our constitutions to have concern for the needy. Our concern is driven by our personal interest, compassion and understanding to give some tokens of appreciation to those with whom we live with. As article 40 of our FIC constitutions tells us: “in a close-knit community there is loving care for the sick, the elderly, and those that are in need, for whatever reason.” The Congregation through the General Council thought it wise to help the nearest people to our brothers in the Province: our community workers. These are the people we form a community with and are always there supporting us and our apostolates. Sometimes we focus on those that are far from us forgetting these people who are also experience a lot of challenges to raise their families and have a better life.
