The apostolic tasks that have been carried out during his time as a FIC brother are:

from 1974 - 1984 he lived in the Randusari community in Semarang with duties as YPL Central Office Staff; from 1984 - 1987 he lived in the Candi-Semarang Community with duties as YPL Semarang Branch Leader and he assisted the Provincial Treasurer; from 1987 - 2006 as Provincial he was Provincial Treasurer of Indonesia and he had various other duties, namely as Local Councillor in the Candi-Semarang Community and Karangpanas Parish Treasurer. Until his retirement he lived in the Candi-Semarang Community; from 2006 - 2012 he was Deputy Provincial Treasurer, from 2012 - 2016 he was member of the Provincial Treasurer Staff; from 2016 - 2022 he was Community Treasurer and in 2022 he retired with the apostolate of prayer in Wisma Bernardus community.

Brother Ignatius Ngadiso was a generous, friendly, patient and humble person. His apostolic duties were experienced with readiness to help others who needed his help.

Brother Ignatius Ngadiso has been sick with diabetes since 1998. Since that year he has been diligently taking medicine and injecting insulin to help maintain his stamina. From August 27 - September 1, 2019, he was hospitalized at Elisabeth Semarang Hospital because the results of an MRI scan obtained an analysis of ischemic or oxygen deprivation in one part of the brain. On January 13-17, 2021, he experienced diarrhea and was hospitalized; on February 26, 2022 - March 7, 2022, he experienced coughing, his body was weak, his blood sugar condition was also high. After intensive examination, it was declared Covid-19 and he went in self-isolation. On October 10-23, 2022 he was hospitalized due to gallstone removal surgery. On April 13-21, 2023 he was hospitalized in the hospital because he had a cough, decreased appetite and his breathing pattern was not optimal. After being discharged from the hospital on April 21, 2023, Brother Ngadiso temporarily stayed at Wisma Bernardus while recovering his physical condition. Controls at Elisabeth Hospital are routinely carried out by Brother Ngadiso, escorted by Brother Yohanes Sugiyono.

On Thursday, November 23, 2023, Brother Ignatius during evening prayer felt unable to stand up from his seat in the chapel. Brother Yohanes  Sugiyono then helped him by providing a wheelchair and joined him for dinner with the brothers in the community. On Friday, November 24, daily activities still appeared normal, both communication and the routine of togetherness in the community were normal even though he was sitting in a wheelchair. On Saturday, November 25, 2023, in the morning communication with Brother Sugiyono was still good, namely asking for help with breakfast. There was no sign of anything until at 11.00 God called Brother Ignatius Ngadiso to eternal life. We pray that he may be happy now with the saints in heaven.
