It is our sad duty to inform you about the passing away of Bro. Isidore Aabeisie, who died on 23 August 2024 in Ghana.

BROTHER ISIDORE NELSON AABEISIE FIC 

Bro. Isidore Aabeisie was born in Nandom, Ghana on 10 September 1957. He made his First Profession of Religious Vows in our Congregation on 15 September 1994 and Perpetual Profession of Vows on 13 April 2004.

Bro. Isidore Aabeisie passed away on Friday, 23 August, 2024 in the early morning, at St. John of God Hospital - Amrahia, Dodowa, near Accra, after a protracted illness. His mortal remains have been deposited at the St. Joseph 's Hospital Mortuary at Koforidua in the Eastern Region pending later transfer to Wa, Ghana and funeral arrangements. 

Bro. Isidore was a gifted and compassionate person in many ways and committed to the demands of his religious calling. He demonstrated great sense of availability and love for the congregation. He served the congregation in many leadership roles ranging from House Superior to headship of both first and second cycle schools as well as a Provincial Councilor. 

His leadership was often marked by care, service and love for others. As a teacher, he had special interest in youth education, formation and training. The late Brother Isidore was also generous and supportive both in giving and receiving. 

His life was marked by simplicity, humility, patience and prudence in his dealings with others. He was a self-starting fellow, hardworking and particularly gifted in turning things around for better results. Even in his retirement, he did not slumber but remained in active school apostolate and leadership till the end.
