Our beloved Nico Zumanaa, passed away.

Early this morning today, 29 October 2014, at 00:30, our beloved Brother Nicolas Zumanaa, passed away. "I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in me, though he die, yet shall live, and whoever lives and believes in me shall never die." (Jesus) ... May Bro. Nicolas rest in peace in the presence of our loving and merciful Father.

Bro Nico,

Did his very best in this life and we thank God for his life and for his vocation.
He always found new roads to travel with the many young people he came into contact with.

This great leader, mentor, headmaster, teacher will be sorely missed.
True to your words and prayers brother --- may the Cardinal Dery Intercessions, St. John Paull II, St. Vincent de Paul and all you have left behind intercede for you and May God grant you a warm embrace and welcome you --- a true servant of the lord--- into His heavenly inheritance. RIP!

Nico, why so fast?
You were a good listener and mentor to your fellow-brothers and many young people in formation, schools and wherever you found yourself.
I appreciate your last visit to Malawi to say bye, though you were in great pain. Thank you so much. "Muyende bwino"(safe journey)and pray for us.

It's unbelievable that Bro Nico is gone for good. So lovely and welcoming to everyone he met on this planet. It's really sad that we miss your retirement benefits as a formator, teacher, mentor, friend, brother, you name it!

Truly when I visited you with Bros.Felicious and Alex at the PC house in Wa.Myself and my colleague pre-Noviciate Clatus couldn't stand your pain and we had to leave your presence.Your few days stay in Tamale Saints Vincent de paul community was my first time meeting you.A very simply and welcoming personality you were.Have a good rest with good people of God.
